In this manual there are video demonstrations of processes and interactive illustrations of screens and features of Gambler’s Help Connect.

Videos and interactive illustrations are indicated through the text by the video icon.
These are:
*Case record: interactive image – explore the features of the case record – useful if you work with client cases.
*Client record: interactive image – explore the features of the client record – useful if you work with clients.
*Search filters: video – demonstration of how search filters work – useful if you want to use filters for searching cases or activities. (The example is based on client cases but if you are a venue support worker you should still be able to pick up the general idea).
*Predictive searching: video – demonstration of how Gambler’s Help Connect list fields will anticipate what you are looking for when you enter the first couple of characters of the value you want.
*New client case: video – demonstration of the end to end process for creating a new case for a new client from the point of view of an intake worker in a local service.
*Anonymous case: video – demonstration of the end to end process for recording an anonymous case – useful both for telephone counsellors and therapeutic or financial counsellors at local services.
*RAP case: video – demonstration of the end to end process for making a RAP payment for a client.
*Activity recording: video – three demonstrations useful for therapeutic or financial counsellors in local services, (practitioners in In-language and Aboriginal services ca use these too :
*Unscheduled activity – the end to end process for recording an unscheduled (in Gambler’s Help Connect) activity
*Schedule an activity – how to book an activity (in Gambler’s Help Connect)
*Process a scheduled activity – how to process an activity you have previously booked.
*Activity notes: interactive image – shows how Gambler’s Help Connect manages corrections or additions to saved activity notes. (While the example is based on a client case, venue support workers should still be able to pick up the idea).
*Activity processing for venue support workers: video – demonstration of activity processing from the point of view of venue support workers.
*Helpline cases: video – demonstration of how to process the different case type from the point of view of a telephone counsellor at the Gambler's Helpline.
*Integrated Service activity video – demonstration of how to process and activity against an integrated service case.
