The following naming rules apply to client and case records:
*Client records have a six digit sequential UR number followed by the client name. For example 200004 Brian Jones.
*Organisation records have no
*Case records are made up of a case type prefix, followed by the year followed by a six digit sequential case number, followed by the client number and name, followed by the case type. For example, CA-2015100350 200133 Warwick Fairfax Therapeutic Counselling.
Each case type has its own prefix and icon:
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\CMS\Captures\icons and buttons\caseicon.png TC, FC, practitioner, anonymous and callback cases have the prefix CA
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\CMS\Captures\icons and buttons\groupicon.png Group cases have the prefix GR
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\CMS\Captures\icons and buttons\rapicon.png RAP cases have the prefix RA
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\Business Systems\GHC Training\2016 Update\Graphics\ce icon.png.Community education cases have the prefix CE
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\CMS\Captures\icons and buttons\caseicon.png Venue support cases have the prefix VE
*C:\Users\Bill\Documents\Business Systems\GHC Training\2016 Update\Graphics\is icon.png Integrated service cases have the prefix IS.

Don’t expect to see a perfect sequence of client or case numbers for the cases and clients at your agency. Other agencies are also registering clients and starting new cases.
