In Gambler’s Help Connect teams are structured in a hierarchy of parent and child. Your agency is the ‘parent’ agency and each of your Gambler’s Help offices are ‘child’ agencies.

Your user ID is associated with your parent agency, which means that you can see all the cases for clients at your agency.

The exception to this is where your agency is a subcontractor to another agency. (There are three such subcontractor agencies). The subcontracting agency is registered as a child of the contracting parent but your user ID is associated with the subcontracting child. This means that you can only see (and work with) the cases that are registered to your subcontracting agency. As noted before, all users can see all clients.
