1 Start Gambler’s Help Connect in your preferred web browser.
The Log on screen displays.

2 Enter your user name in the Username field.

Your username is made up of your agency prefix, followed by your surname followed by the first initial of your given name.

3 Enter your password in the Password field.

4 Click $G:\Captures\icons and buttons\signin.png$ .
Gamblers Help Connect opens on your My Cases page.

Both your username and your password are case sensitive.
