The pathway to service
While every person who seeks the support of Gambler’s Help has a unique story to tell and a unique way to tell it, the outcome of a client presentation will be one or more of:
*Referral to therapeutic counselling or financial counselling at a local service
*Referral for a follow up call from a local service – a “callback”
*Facilitated referral to another service altogether
*Anonymous service.
