Group cases have one or more counsellors and more than one client. They can be one-off or a scheduled group therapy program. Typically, clients in group cases will have previous history in the program and often might have active therapeutic or financial counselling cases at the time they join a group case.

Group cases can be for either therapeutic or financial counselling although this does not preclude a therapeutic counsellor participating in a financial counselling group – or vice versa.
