4 Connect for practitioners : Key concepts for Gambler’s Help practitioners : The single client record

The single client record
In Gambler’s Help Connect every client has a unique record. When you record a client record, counsellors at the Gambler’s Helpline and at local Gambler’s Help services can use this record if the client comes to them for help.

You can see whether a client has current or closed cases in other agencies but you can’t see what activities were done in those cases or the case notes. If a client has received Recovery Assistance Program (RAP) funding in the last twelve months at a local service you can see how much they have received.
