Practitioner cases
If you are a Gambler’s Help practitioner at an in-language or Aboriginal service there are two type of cases you use in Gambler’s Help Connect:
Practitioner case – where you work with a person, family or a group of people who have consented for you to record their personal details in the system (that is, they have a client record).
Anonymous case – where you work with a person, family or a group of people who have
not consented for you to record their personal details in the system (that is, they
don’t have a client record).
