In Gambler’s Help Connect teams are structured in a hierarchy of parent and child. Your agency is the ‘parent’ agency your VS team is your ‘home’ team and each of your catchments are a separate ‘child’. You associate your venues and cases with catchments.

Your user ID is associated with your parent agency, which means that you can see all the cases for venues at your agency.

All VSW users can see all venues.
