Not all venue support worker’s work relates to specific venues. For work relating to a catchment rather than a venue or venues you use the non-plan based case.

For each catchment you support you create an annual case against which you report your non-plan based activities for that catchment. The procedure for creating your non-plan based cases is the same as for your annual venue based cases except that you use with a dummy venue named Venue Support Program (non-plan based).
