Key concepts for community education workers
The work you do as a community education worker is organised in Gambler’s Help Connect Cases.
Every case has the following characteristics:
A primary, and optionally a secondary, community education worker has ‘ownership’ of the case
School and sporting club cases are associated with an organisation record for each school or club.
Activities record the work you do on each case.
Case records are visible in summary to everyone but you can only view or edit details of cases located at your agency.
