Organisations
Community education cases for schools or sporting clubs are associated with an organisation record for each club or school which your community education team has a relationship with.
Each organisation has a unique record. You associate organisation records with cases. The organisation record contains details including key personnel identities and contact details.
You can update organisation records in line with personnel or other changes. All organisation records are available to all Gambler’s Help Connect users.
| Gambler’s Help venue support workers also use organisation records for the gaming venues they work with. Since some sporting clubs also run gaming venues it is possible the same organisation could be associated with both a community education AND a venue support case. |
