Creating a new linked case
This procedure can be helpful when you want to link an existing individual case to a new family therapy case.
1 Open the case you want to link the new case to in view mode.
2 In the Linked Cases section, click Link a new case.
Gambler’s Help Connect opens a new case page.
3 In the Clients field, select the client.
4 Complete the case details as for any other therapeutic or financial counselling case.
5 Record an Intake / Registration activity to account for your time processing the referral.
