In your activity notes be aware of the following STRICT rules:
Anonymous case notes – NEVER enter any information that identifies the client.
Justice clients – if you are working with clients in prison, NEVER enter any information that can identify the prison.
Gambler’s Help Connect protects the integrity of the notes you write for activities. When you save an activity after entering notes, these become part of the client’s case record. You cannot edit or delete notes after you enter them. You can make additions or corrections to the original note. These then display above the original entry.
