Activities
You record the work you do against the program or venue cases in activities. Activities are always associated with a case. They record the work done, the staff and venue(s) involved and the work and travel time required. You might record activities against a venue case or your venue support program case.
The table below lists the different activity types and sub-type you can use. (Venue support program activity types are shaded blue. Planning is pink because it can be used in either context.)

Training content activities
In addition to the activity types and subtypes described above, there is a list of training content activities that you will also ascribe to relevant activities. You can add more than one of these to an activity where you have provided more than one training module in a venue session. These are:

You ALWAYS use (at least) one of these when the activity type is Delivering Training and Support and you might use these when the activity type is Planning.
